Home & School Staff
Meet the Small Office Team
The RVEHSA office is often referred to as "Home & School Office".
It is a team of professionals dedicated to enriching the programs outside of school hours, while providing a safe and caring environment.

Program Director
Joshua Patterson
My background is primarily in outdoor adventure, leadership of mentoring programs, and directing various camps including special needs programs. In Canada and the UK, I have had incredible experiences leading student programs within primary schools.
In my role at RVEHSA, I focus on the development of safe, fun, supportive, educational and interactive programming while fostering an open, inspiring, and inclusive working environment for our educators and enrichment providers. Our Home & School programming at Royal Vale is structured to include play, exploration, and education – fostering self-awareness, personal development, as well as the improvement of social and emotional skills.

Administrative Coordinator
Ivonne Reyes
I have always had a passion for education, and been inspired by children my whole life. My warm, caring and patient nature has given me the ability to build strong trusting relationships with parents and students throughout my career.
With over 10 years of experience in the education sector, I have worked as an Educator, Director of a private daycare and in Student Services at the college level. My experience includes counseling and mentoring students, assisting and responding to student and parent inquiries and concerns, and developing and implementing age appropriate activities and curriculum. I volunteered over 4 years at Edgewater Elementary School, with children from kindergarten to grade 6, and volunteered at Sun Youth Day Camp. I am thrilled to be part of the RVEHSA team.

Program Assistant
Sophia Carnegie
Working with children has always been something I’ve truly enjoyed. My experience began with babysitting and later expanded through roles as a camp counselor, as well as volunteering at an alternative outdoor school.
After first joining RVEHSA as a float, I’m now excited to be part of the team as a Program Assistant. In this role, I look forward to bringing creative ideas and engaging activities to the After School program while helping create a fun and welcoming environment for students.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through sports such as skiing, skating, and swimming, and I’m also a big fan of video games.
Growing up, I didn’t have the opportunity to attend a fun after-school program. Because of that, I’m especially dedicated to helping students at Royal Vale have a wonderful experience and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Accounting
Jonathan Mustillo
My passion has always been entrepreneurship. After I graduated from Concordia University in Accountancy, I’ve worked for a handful of startup companies in the manufacturing and service industry.
In each of these work experiences I’ve worn multiple hats in addition to my accounting specialty. I find it highly rewarding working in new environments, learning about the ins and outs of companies. I am happy to be part of the RVEHSA team and contribute to its success.
